Types of Cases

Before opening my own private law practice, I worked with other lawyers experienced in Workers' Compensation and Social Security cases. I decided that when I opened my own private practice, I wanted to focus on the individual needs of my clients. So I personally handle my clients' cases and do not pass that responsibility on to inexperienced lawyers or paralegals. Each case is different and deserves my individual, personal attention.

The administrative procedure in both Social Security and Workers' Compensation cases can seem never-ending to clients with no current income. I address this issue up-front and provide my clients with realistic expectations about the time involved.

I am also realistic with my clients about other expectations in their respective cases, such as an honest evaluation of his/her case. Clients need this advice and do not appreciate sugar-coated illusions of false optimism. They prefer a realistic evaluation, and that is my practice. However, often clients underestimate the value of their cases.

I welcome your inquiry about your case.
